Automated processing and decisioning
IQ Finance may use automated tools to assist with finance estimates, routing, readiness checks, lender-pack preparation, application status and internal review.
A finance estimate is not a finance offer. Final decisions are made by relevant funders or lenders and remain subject to status, lender criteria, affordability, documentation and approval.
IQ Finance does not use the public finance estimate alone to make a final binding lending decision.
